Xpede SPC

Payment compliance you can prove.
Stat Decs you can Trust!

Xpede SPC (Supply chain Payment Compliance) creates payment compliance certificates with payment confirmations directly from the subcontractors themselves.

It combines them with auto-generated statutory declarations, and other required compliance documentation, to provide a single Payment Assurance Pack for your monthly payment claim and review process.

Linked Reporting Beyond First Tier

Extend the process beyond the head contractor’s immediate subcontractors by linking participating organisations further down the supply chain. The resulting coverage reflects the organisations connected and the responses received.

Common Queries

Who confirms payment status?
Is this a real-time payment view?

Participating subcontractors report payment status through the project’s 1-click confirmation process. Coverage depends on the organisations connected to the project and their responses.

No. SPC aligns with a project's reporting cycle (generally monthly). Its certificate records the reported position for the relevant period; it is not a live payment feed, but Xpede's other product, XpedePay, provides this added functionality.

What happens if a subcontractor doesn’t respond?
Does a certificate guarantee payment?

The absence of a response remains a gap in the evidence. SPC highlights this to the project team for follow up prior to claim submisson.

No. It provides a dated record of reported payment information to support review and follow-up. It does not guarantee future payment or certify an organisation’s solvency.

Can we include statutory declarations?
Can SPC link multiple supply-chain layers?

Yes. SPC provides configured statutory-declaration templates and sequential sign-off workflows. We can discuss your forms, signatories and witnessing requirements when onboarding you.

Yes. SPC can be applied and linked through successive layers, including subcontractors engaged by other subcontractors. Reporting and risk coverage can therefore extend beyond the head contractor’s immediate subcontractors.

Is SPC available at any project stage?
How does the pack work with payment claims?

Yes. Starting early is preferable as it establishes the process from the outset, but SPC is so straightforward and easy to use, it can be implement at any stage of an active project.

The pack accompanies your monthly payment claim for review. Your team retains responsibility for claim submission and follow-up. However, Xpede's other product, XpedePay, provides a streamlined end-to-end claim management solution.
